Sandy Galati

Dear Ms. Fiasca:

It has now been 2 months since my mother, Margie Brocaw, passed away. As I work through the details of closing out her estate, I have been reflecting on the many people who provided me with services and support during the last difficult months of her life. You are one of those people, and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all you did for my mother and for me.

My mother was a difficult person to place. Her condition was complicated and you took into account her emotional needs as well as her physical needs. It was important to me that she got the best possible care, and it comforted me to know that you had personal knowledge of placement facilities before making a referral. Not only did you personally visit facilities to find the best placement for her, but you also followed up on the placement to make sure the arrangement was working well.

I appreciate your high degree of professionalism, and good knowledge of local resources, as well the compassion you showed to both my mother and myself. Thank you for helping to ease my burdon during such a difficult time.

Sincerely,

Sandy Galati
